What you need
- DeviceAn Android phone or tablet that can run 32-bit apps. Phones that only run 64-bit apps (for example Pixel 7 and newer) cannot run it yet.
- SpaceThe app plus about 1 GB of game data. Keep some space free for updates.
- InternetMD:Rebirth is online only. Use Wi-Fi for the first download.
- iPhone and iPadNot available. There is no iOS version.
How to install

Download the APK
Open this page on your phone and tap Download APK. Your browser may warn that the file could be harmful: it says that about every app from outside the Play Store. Only download MD:Rebirth from this page.

Allow installing unknown apps
Open the downloaded file. The first time, Android asks for permission: tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source for your browser or file manager, then go back. On older phones it is Settings › Security › Unknown sources.

Install
Tap Install. If Google Play Protect warns you, tap More details and then Install anyway. Play Protect does not know fan builds.

First launch
Open the game. It downloads the game data (about 1 GB). Stay on Wi-Fi and keep the game open on screen until it finishes.

Updates
A new build installs over the old one and keeps your game. If Android says App not installed or that the package conflicts, the app's signature changed: the news post for that build says what to do before you uninstall anything.
Stay safe
Only download MD:Rebirth from this page. Never install a copy someone sends you in a message, and never give anyone your account details. Each build has its own file name and its SHA-256 checksum is shown above, so you can check the file you got.
