Events now unlock at Quest 2-8, quest boosts are open

Two changes are live on MD:Rebirth.

• Events at Quest 2-8: time-limited event quests (character events, character introduction quests, equipment creation), Highscore Ranking events and the PvP arena now unlock after story Quest 2-8, not 3-10. Break Battle events and Urgent Quests still need Quest 3-10.
• PvP arena: the current season is The 2nd Bullet of Bullets, open to all players after Quest 2-8.
• Quest boosts: before a quest, pick EXP or Col & Item Boosts on the boost bar, using a boost item or 1 Memory Diamond. You need the current app (v6 or later).

How it works: Events, Items and Co-op, PvP, Supporters and guilds.
